ACC Jewelry ("ACC Jewelry," "we," "us," or "our") operates iceylab.com and provides the website, catalog, ordering tools, content, and related services described in these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

1. Wholesale use and eligibility

Our catalog is primarily intended for business purchasers, retailers, distributors, resellers, and other wholesale buyers. By placing an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Accounts and buyer information

Screens, lighting, photography, production batches, handmade processes, and measurement methods can create minor differences. Reasonable variations in color, finish, texture, pattern, weight, and dimensions are not necessarily defects.

4. Prices, availability, and order acceptance

An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method. We may correct errors or inaccuracies and update information at any time, including after an order is submitted.

Returns, exchanges, replacements, shortages, damage claims, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Wholesale buyers should inspect shipments promptly and submit complete evidence within the stated claim period. Do not return products without prior authorization.

8. Resale and regulatory responsibility

Wholesale buyers are responsible for compliance with laws and standards applicable to importation, labeling, packaging, advertising, resale, consumer disclosures, product safety, and taxes in their own markets. You may not remove or alter required safety information or make unsupported claims about product performance, health benefits, origin, materials, or certifications.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use the website or services to violate law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; transmit malicious code; scrape or collect data without authorization; interfere with security or operation; submit false information; impersonate another person; conduct fraud; harass others; or engage in any activity that could damage ACC Jewelry, Shopify, our partners, or other users.
